A take-home sheet to reinforce the film’s messages, which includes facts about the prevalence of depression in teens, key symptoms and causes of depression, and depression treatment.

Depression Resource List for Teens
A collection of internet resources on depression designed specifically for a teen audience. Websites provide detailed information on symptoms and causes of depression; advice on what to do if teens think they or a friend may be depressed; how to seek treatment; and more.

After viewing More than Sad: Teen Depression, facilitators are asked to download, complete and return the Facilitator's Feedback Form.
