Facilitator's Guide
Designed as a lesson plan for the class period in which the film is shown, the facilitator's guide contains in-depth information on depression, tips on how facilitators should prepare to show the film and answers to frequently asked questions.
 
Facts about Depression in Teens
A take-home sheet for teen viewers to reinforce the messages of the film. Lists symptoms and causes of depression, as well as statistics on the prevalence of depression in teens and success rates for treatment.
 
Depression Resource List for Teens
A collection of Internet resources on depression designed specifically for a teen audience. Websites provide background information on symptoms and causes of depression; advice on what to do if teens think they or a friend are depressed; how to seek treatment; and more.
 
Facilitator's Feedback Form
Questions for the facilitator regarding how the film was shown (in what setting, to what grade or age group, etc.), audience reaction and how helpful the facilitator's guide was. Form includes space for general comments.
 
Viewer's Feedback Form
Questions for teen viewers regarding how effective the film was in conveying its key messages: whether they felt that they were more likely to get help for themselves or a friend after viewing the film, and overall reaction to the film.
